Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across India within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or logistics. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Clarity Office is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. Additional shipping fees may apply for remote areas.

Inspect products upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at clarityoffice@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.

Customized products are non-returnable unless defective.

Warranty

Our products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
